How to File a Claim
If your car got damaged from a hail storm:
1. Call your insurance company and ask to file a claim.
2. They will send an adjuster out to estimate the damage, or advise you where to get an estimate.
3. Once that estimate is received, call the repair facility of your choice to schedule a repair.
4. The repair facility will work with your insurance company directly to make sure all damage has been accounted for to return your car to "pre-loss" condition.
